NFC stickers
NFC stickers for businesses – how to get the most out of them
An NFC sticker is a sticker with an NFC chip that opens a link when a phone is held to it. It is the most flexible NFC solution: it can go on tables, counters, tills, doors and windows. easyrate supplies square and round NFC stickers with strong 3M tape – also in your own design – and you manage the link yourself from the platform.

What to know before choosing NFC stickers
- 1
Chip: NTAG213 is enough for a link
For a link, NTAG213 with 144 bytes is plenty. Larger chips (NTAG215/216) are used for things like contact cards.
- 2
Metal interferes with NFC
Ordinary NFC stickers work poorly directly on metal because the metal disturbs the antenna. For metal surfaces, use an on-metal sticker or a spacer.
- 3
Lock the content
Stickers in public places should be write-protected so nobody can overwrite the link.
- 4
Add a QR code next to it
So it also works for customers with NFC switched off or an older phone.
- 5
Manage the link centrally
If the sticker points to an address you control, you can change the destination without replacing the sticker.
easyrate's NFC stickers
easyrate supplies NFC stickers in two formats – square and round – with strong 3M tape on the back, so they can be mounted on almost any surface. Both have an NFC chip and a QR code and can be made with your logo, colours and message.
Each sticker is set up as a unit in the easyrate platform with a name, location and link. There you can change the destination at any time, gather several links on one page (Easylink) and follow scans and reviews per location.
